I’ve been a Therapist for almost 30 years and have been on my own journey of personal growth and transformation with trauma, depression, and anxiety for over 35 years. I am living my best life!

Telehealth (Video Counseling) only available.

I am In Network with Aetna, Optum, Excellus BCBS, Anthem BCBS, and BCBS. If I’m not contracted with your insurance company, you can use your Out of Network benefits and I can provide a Superbill so you can receive reimbursement from your insurance company.

Initial Intake Session - 60 minutes - $195

45 Minute Session - $125

60 Minute Session - $150

*Crisis Sessions are billed at the same rate.
